             SIRS Discoverer is a great resource, with general info. on different topics and current events. Click on Current Events icon in Reference bar at bottom of page. It brings up a list of current magazine and newspaper articles on different topics. Another good feature – click on the WebFind Sites tab for kids’ websites on many different topics.             New Jersey Legislature’s Kids’ Page. The kids’ page has segments on how a bill becomes a law, etc., state facts, and teacher resources with links to other social studies & civics websites.
